Clarence Curtis Barker (Chuck) aged 83, passed away May 4th, 2025 in Portland, Oregon. Born on April 1, 1942 in Portsmith, Ohio. Chuck lived life on his own terms, his path took many turns and touched many lives in unique ways.

He is survived by his three daughters Ragina, Dawn and Amanda. While we walked different paths and our relationships with him were marked by distance we still acknowledge his role in our lives and the ways he shaped our beginnings.

There will be no public service, but we remember him in small, private ways. In remembrance of happy times, loving gestures, personal memories of our own, or in those quiet moments where we reflect on where we came from.
