To know Kathy was to be her friend. She was a straight shooter, it didn’t matter if you were a friend or a Real Estate client, you were going to hear the truth. She was full of integrity and I respected her so much. She raised a son and grew a business to support them, on her own. You left us too soon, Kathy. This was supposed to be the time when you got to relax and enjoy everything you’ve worked so hard for. I remember one time when we went to Pacific City, I woke early one morning and Kathy was sitting at the window with a pair of binoculars, quietly enjoying the ocean. At that moment, I wished I had the patience to enjoy the ocean like that. Well my friend, you have an eternities of sun rises and sunsets to watch. All though I’ll never get another hug or see your face light up when you see me in this time and place, I will definitely see you again and we can watch the ocean together.
