Catherine (or Karen Jo, as I knew her) came to visit me in a dream the other night and my search led me here. We were neighbors and friends through our teens and I loved her dearly. Rest in peace, my friend.

Catherine was truly a joyous soul, one who would reassure other's that life is full of beauty and meaningful happiness. That is what she tried to teach me, share with me, in my darkest of moments of failing. Even now I know remnants of that kindness flicker in a interaction I thought wouldn't be possible. She gave many folk hope, love, and understanding of how to be genuine. Her family is a reflection of that, all of them are people filled with a deep emotional maturity that reflects from their daily interaction with Catherine. I owe her family an apology that I do not know how to give back. So please my prayers be that everyone is able to enjoy the memory of her smile and the quickness of her wit and share her story till they too are memories of someone else's live. Thank you Catherine, for all you have done. Rest in peace.
