Carr “Bill” William Giese

Carr William Giese (Bill) died on Monday, May 31st.

Bill was a consummate journalist and early columnist for USA Today before writing his “Lamb Among the Lions” column for Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. His fiery spirit, generously given love and and endless stream of ideas made him a captivating, charming and, frankly magical individual who inspired both adoration and indignation, often simultaneously.

Bill is survived by his wife, Ingrid Mather; his daughter, Jessie Glenn and his grandchildren: Zane Lund, Myles Lund, Grace Glenn, Alice Giese, Juniper Glenn and Indigo Glenn.
