Anthony Douglas Valot

October 23, 1961 – May 30, 2020

Anthony Douglas Valot went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 30, 2020 at the age of 58.

He was born in Torrance, CA and moved to Gresham, OR around the age of 12.  He graduated from Gresham High School in 1979.

Tony was a man of faith with a heart of gold and loved his family tremendously.  He would do anything for anyone in need.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, kayaking, biking and cooking.  He had a great interest in history, NASCAR and all cars in general.  He also had a talent for drawing portraits. His favorite football teams were the LA Rams and Seattle Seahawks.   One of his favorite songs was I Can Only Imagine.

He had worked at Nabisco, fought forest fires for the Department of Forestry, as well as a long haul and delivery driver.

He was preceded in death by his brother David Valot and his mother Janelle Valot.  He is survived by his wife Tracy, daughter Elyse, son Steven, father Anthony, two grandchildren Isabella and Sawyer, and sister Jodi.

In honor of Tony, donations can be made in his name to your local homeless shelter, as Tony had a big heart for the homeless. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.
