Allan was born September 12, 1923 in Portland, he served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Pacific Machinery & Tool Steel Co. He was married to LaVerne (deceased). Loving father to Allana and Kevin, he is also survived by seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. No services will be held. Remembrances to the American Lung Assoc .
