Rodney James Smith

Rodney James Smith, 65, of Sandy, Oregon, died on May 29, 2024.

Born February 12th, 1959, in Portland, Oregon to parents Wallace and Caralee Smith. He attended Madison High School and went on to work in the building trades and trucking. He was a family man and a friend to all. He was a one-of-a-kind person who is irreplaceable and will forever be missed. Rod was preceded in death by his father, Wally. Sr. His eldest brother, Wally, Jr. followed Rod in death just a few days after him.

He is survived by his mother Caralee; siblings: Richard, Cheryl, and Rhea; daughters: Shauna, Carly, Micah and Shannon; grandchildren: Mitchell, Dakota, Kelly, Kole, Emilee, Olivia, Payton, Aubrey, and Marquie. His family is holding a celebration of life on July 27th.
