He leaves 3 sons, Jason, Joshua and Justin; 6 grandchildren, Jacob, Brenden, Austin, Trevor, Kiana, Kaleo; one great grandson, Aaron; numerous nieces and nephews. Siblings include Kathryn Bittman, Cheryl Engle, Neil Vernon, Michael Vernon, Diane Page, Steven Vernon, Rick Vernon, Karen Maylender. Also, surviving him is his father, G.R. “Bob”Vernon and mother-in-law, Verna Vernon. His wife Sally preceded him in death some five years ago. He was a successful business man; a loving husband and devoted father throughout his lifetime. There will be a graveside committal service at Willamette National Cemetery,
