Jerome (Jerry) Gregory Aune

June 13, 1965 – June 9, 2024

Jerome (Jerry) Gregory Aune of Portland, Oregon passed away June 4 at his home.

Jerry was born with his twin brother in Oregon City, Oregon on June 13, 1965. He was the son of Donald and Joan Aune.

Jerry’s early education was in Oregon City and Sherman County schools. He graduated from Milwaukie High School. He then attended Mount Hood Community College.

He was employed in janitorial services at Mount Hood Community College, Portland Parks and most recently at Service Master. He was also a member of the Sheet Metal Workers union and had been employed by Myers Container in Portland.

Jerry enjoyed family gatherings, Star Trek, fishing, cooking, tennis, golf and adding to his collections.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert, Karen, Ronald (Kathy), Dee (Rick), Kathy and his twin brother, Joe. He is also survived by his Aunt Kathy, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is missed by all.

A celebration of Jerry’s life is pending. Cremation was handled by Omega Funeral and Cremation Services.
