Gertrude Palm Reusser

June 6, 1939 - October 21, 2025

Gertrude “Trudy” Reusser left this earth on October 21, 2025 at the age of 86. Trudy is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Col. Kenneth Reusser, Sr. and her sister, Winny Spellman. She is survived by her older brother Bernie Palm, several nieces and nephews, and an extensive family tree on the Reusser/Witting side.

Trudy was born to Bernhard and Emmi Palm in Gummersbach, Germany and travelled via ship to the U.S. in 1952. Her education took her all the way from Pius High School in Milwaukee, WI to the Wharton School of Business.

Trudy lived in Wisconsin, California, Virginia, and finally Oregon and traveled the world for her work with multiple technology companies.

In her later years, Trudy’s two largest communities were the Calvary Parkside Church in Beaverton, where she led bible study sessions, and the VFW Auxiliary 4248, where she was both a lifetime member and a past president.

Trudy’s hobbies included researching natural health topics for people and animals alike as well as making and selling jewelry.

She and Ken shared many joint ventures including building homes at the Oregon Coast, designing and building Ken’s dream house on Cooper Mountain (southwest of Portland), working with farmers and ranchers to heal wounded animals, and several other entrepreneurial pursuits.

The love she showed her family and friends was extraordinary; she always remembered birthdays and holidays and often sent thoughtful presents. Even those who knew her casually said that she always greeted them with a smile. She will be deeply missed by many.

The family would like to express sincere gratitude to all those who supported Trudy in her final weeks.

Keith Roland Swensen passed away peacefully on March 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, generosity, and deep connection to family, community, and the many lives he impacted.

Keith was born on August 1, 1948, in Portland, Oregon, to Roland E. Swensen and Winifred Rose Frainey Swensen. An only child, Keith shared a close and lifelong bond with his parents. He spent much of his life in the Portland area, where he built strong roots both personally and professionally.

Keith attended Oregon State University before earning his Juris Doctorate in 1974. He went on to practice law for more than 44 years, building a respected career and lasting partnerships, including Thorpe & Swensen and later Swensen & Gray, where he practiced for over two decades.

In December 1974, Keith married Darla Kofner. Together they shared many years and raised one daughter, Andrea. He was also a grandfather to Olivia, whom he loved very much.

Beyond his professional life, Keith was known for his passion for sports- especially rugby- and his unwavering commitment to youth athletics. He played for many years with the Portland Rugby Club (Pigs) and remained a lifelong supporter of Oregon State athletics. More importantly, he dedicated countless hours to coaching, mentoring, and fundraising for youth sports programs. Whether coaching Little League, supporting high school and collegiate programs, or serving as Athletic Director at St. Clare School, Keith believed deeply in the value of sports in shaping young lives and was tireless in giving back to his community.

Keith also had a love for gardening and took great pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. He found joy in working with his hands and sharing that passion with others.

Proud of his Danish heritage, Keith celebrated it each year with tradition, bringing family and friends together and honoring the culture that meant so much to him.

Keith will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his commitment to helping others, and the lasting impact he made on the many people he coached, mentored, and supported throughout his life.

He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Swensen; his granddaughter, Olivia Rodocker; and his former wife, Darla Swensen.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 31 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Eastmoreland Golf Course. All who knew Keith, or whose lives he touched, are warmly invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Keith’s name to Oregon Youth Sports Donate

Margaret "Margi" Dechenne

September 30, 1945 - December 29, 2025

One of Portland’s most ardent advocates for unhoused people, Margaret “Margi” Dechenne, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025. She was born on September 30, 1945, in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she was also raised. Margi was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Grace Kubesh.

Margi was married for 47 years to her beloved husband, Tom Dechenne, whom she met when they worked together at Cenex, a farm cooperative in Minnesota. Together they moved from St. Paul to St. John, Washington, and later made the move to their permanent home in Portland, Oregon, in 1979.

Margi devoted her life to helping others, especially unhoused children and women. She had a long and deeply respected career in social services, working with United Way and then the Salvation Army’s Greenhouse, a program to help homeless children, which she helped start from its inception alongside former Congresswoman Edith Green. For 20 years Margi led Greenhouse as its executive director, the crowning achievement of her career. The program garnered national attention and inspired many other programs to assist homeless children.

When Greenhouse lost its funding and closed its doors, Margi stayed in touch with several of the young people she had worked with, many of whom successfully transitioned off the streets.

Margi later worked at Elizabeth House, a group home supporting teen mothers. After Elizabeth House, Margi continued her remarkable career at Catholic Charities’ Housing Transitions Program, where she helped unhoused women find stable housing. Among her many accomplishments at HTP, Margi pioneered Portland’s Kenton Women’s Village, the city’s first tiny home community for the unhoused. She retired from Catholic Charities in 2020.

Margi was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her home was always open to a friend in need, and she often invited the Jesuit volunteers from Catholic Charities to stay with her after they finished their year of service. As long as they rooted for her beloved Seattle Mariners (she never missed an opening day), they could stay with her and Tom as long as they wanted.

She is survived by her husband, Tom, and her five children: Nick Dechenne, Andrea Dechenne Bergman (Eric), Danielle Dechenne Engles (Jeff), Molly Dechenne (Stephen), and Sam Dechenne (Kay). She is also survived by her treasured grandchildren: Gabrielle, Nina, Henry, Lakshmi, Han, and Didi. She was the silly, fun-loving “G’ma” with a sparkle in her eye. She brought laughter and radical love and acceptance to all who knew her.

Margi was truly unique — funny, smart, and always fully present. In addition to being a gifted writer and storyteller, she learned to make soap, sew quilts, bake to perfection (those pies!), and skydive. She was of course a wonderful mother—not only to her own children, but also to the many others who needed her loving, steady presence.

By embracing and loving the many homeless children and women she worked with over the years, she showed a traumatized and marginalized group of people that there are people who care about them and won’t give up on them.

She will be terribly missed by her family, including her sister, Dianne Hoffman, and her many cherished nieces and nephews, and by the countless people whose lives she touched.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Catholic Charities Housing Transitions Program.

August 3, 1930 - March 23, 2026

A Legacy of Light

Ruth's life was a testament to creativity, resilience, and boundless love. To know Ruth was to be touched by her enthusiasm and her remarkable spirit.

Ruth, one of thirteen children and a middle child, is celebrated for her loving and generous nature. Even after marrying her beloved husband and leaving home at age 20, she remained a constant and vibrant part of her family's life, as shown in surviving letters and in her sister Jeanette's Tribute.

Her commitment was demonstrated through her consistent efforts to connect: She visited the family home for summer holidays every other year and hosted reunions both in Ely and at her Blue Lake residence. Beyond these gatherings, she provided profound support, offering care during health challenges and giving generously through gifts and financial assistance whenever the family needed it.

Our mother was a true creator, capable of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Her endless energy and dedication shone through in everything she did, from balancing family life, a strong work ethic, and community leadership, to designing two beautiful homes. She would sew clothes and costumes for plays/holidays, volunteer in her children's schools, care for our many pets, landscape and garden, and craft fantastic holiday decorations from simple materials.

As a Campfire leader she showcased her ability to make any endeavor worthwhile, leaving an indelible mark on young minds. She was the life of our household, constantly adapting while remaining young at heart, with her charm, wit, and humor making her a magnet for people of all ages. Her parties were legendary—vibrant spaces for laughter, singing, and celebration.

Jim Mahin, and their son, Jim Jr., established Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. She served as Secretary Treasurer for the HVAC company, applying her strong clerical skills to manage all aspects of bookkeeping and business administration, despite having only a high school education. Through their dedication, they built a lasting legacy with a strong presence in the Portland Metropolitan area.

Ruth consistently made a significant impact in her community. With her husband, Jim, she was actively involved in the Columbia River Yacht Club, serving as Entertainment Coordinator before becoming "First Lady" when Jim became Commodore. Her artistic and creative talents were also dedicated to the Royal Rosarians, where she and Jim participated. Ruth's creativity shone in a tole painting class, resulting in beautiful pieces like wall hangings, a clock, treasure chests, and a bench. Later, when Jim faced terminal cancer, Ruth was his pillar of strength and comfort, playing a vital role in his decision to embrace the Catholic Faith. This period also led to Ruth renewing her own faith; she became an active member of St. Henry's Church, serving on the board and forging meaningful new friendships.

After the loss of Jim Mahin, Ruth, supported by Jim Jr., demonstrated remarkable courage and a steadfast commitment to upholding her late husband's legacy. She maintained active friendships with their circle, continuing to host gatherings and offering her characteristic kindness and support. Ruth also explored her passion for theater, joining the Sandy Theater and taking on roles such as Lucy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol. Artistically, she further honed her skill in painting, creating more cherished items and even designing her own Christmas card. Throughout this time, she remained deeply involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren.

Ruth's courage and faith remained awe-inspiring, even into her final decade. Her focus became simplified to the present moment, finding precious joy in simple pleasures like painting, music, prayer, and the wonders of nature—a powerful reminder of what truly matters. In her final home, and with the magical care of Leah, she continued to shine her light and spirit, sharing laughter, love, and joy with everyone she met.

We will forever cherish her loving words of encouragement and her unwavering belief in hope and faith. While her wishes were to climb Mt. Hood and spread her ashes among the trees beautifully captures her ambitious, pioneering spirit, her heart ultimately rests beside her beloved husband.

Today, we honor Ruth by remembering the light she brought into our lives. May we carry forward her creative spirit, her work ethic, and her capacity for pure and simple joy.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and friend, Ruth Mahin, who passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026. Ruth was a devoted and cherished member of our community.

Joann was born Dec. 18, 1935, to Arthur and Vernice Rich in Elkhart, Indiana, where Joann was raised. She was predeceased by her brother Arthur Allen Rich and husband Daniel R. Lane. She is survived by her two sons Craig and Clark Loughridge, and three step-children Steven and Daniel Lane Jr., and Cynthia Fletcher, as well as several grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Known for her polo shirts and bright pink lipstick, Joann was a woman of quiet kindness and generosity. Though she was not a woman of many words, she expressed her love through thoughtful gestures to both family and strangers.

Joann earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Ball State University in 1956, and a master’s degree in education administration from the University of Oregon in 1992.

She started her career as a teacher in San Bernardino, Calif., in the late ‘50s before marrying musician Willard Loughridge. They separated in 1973, and Joann moved with her children to Salem, Ore., where she took another teaching job.

Joann married Daniel Lane in May 1975, and they remained together until his death in December 2024. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, teacher, friend, and neighbor. She also was an avid sports fan.

Her career spanned more than 40 years, and in that time she earned awards including a Crystal Apple award, a Golden Apple Award, and a Presidential Citation from the Oregon Education Association. She also was president of the Woodburn Education Association and served in other positions in the WEA and Oregon Education Association.

She loved teaching so much that she held on to and treasured countless mementos and cards that past students had gifted her throughout her career.

She will be dearly missed by those she left behind.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Vincent de Paul of Portland. https://www.svdppdx.org/make-a-donation

February 22, 1926 - February 26, 2026

Bonnie R Ives resided in Portland, Oregon since 1950. She was born in Giltner, Nebraska on February 22, 1926 and was the fifth child born to Ervin and Florence Bish.

She died peacefully at her home with family present on February 26, 2026 in Portland, Oregon. She had just celebrated her 100th Birthday in her own home in Portland with many family and friends present to help her celebrate the big day. Bonnie herself said “You Touch A lot of People’s Lives in 100 Years”.

Bonnie grew up in Gilter Nebraska with her parents, one sister and four brothers on the family farm. She graduated from Giltner High School in 1943. After high school she attended Business College in Omaha Nebraska and worked there until 1945. This was war time and a challenge to travel arose and she along with two other girls left Omaha for Washington, DC to work in Civil Service. Fortunately, the war did not last long and they were without jobs and returned to Omaha where she worked at an insurance company. She worked there until 1950 when she was able to transfer to Portland, Oregon

In 1950 she met her future husband Thomas W Ives at a social youth group at First United Methodist Church in Portland. They were married on April 12, 1952 until his death in 1984. They had four children: Deanna Lynn Ives Voytilla, Celeste de la Cruz, Cooper Wilson and Gregory Ives. They enjoyed several family activities while the family grew up including camping, music, sports - cheering on the Reynolds Lancer sports teams, occasional trips to Nebraska for family reunions, and celebrating many holidays with the Ives Family. After the children left the nest Tom and Bonnie enjoyed square dancing, camping and traveling. They were members of the Good Neighbors Group a?liated with the First Methodist Church and enjoyed going to Camp Mcgruder two times a year with all the Good Neighbor Families, picnics, bowling and New Years Eve gatherings. The group was together for many years. Bonnie enjoyed living in Portland Oregon when the family could enjoy city life, the beach, Central Oregon/Bend desert and mountains.

Bonnie was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church and was a member of the Parkrose United Methodist Church in Portland since 1967. She was involved in many activities including WINGS, Discovering Portland and was the Secretary/Treasurer of the women’s group for several years. She provided homemade cookies for many church social activities.

Bonnie was at home raising her children until they graduated from high school. She then worked at ADT as the o?ce coordinator until her retirement in 1984. She kept busy during retirement with her church activities, stamp collecting, coin collecting, cooking, sewing and gardening.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Ives, grandson Jacob Keever, Ervin and Florence Bish, sister Elsie (Pauline) Torgerson, brothers Cyril Bish, J William Bish, Alvin (Steve) Bish, and Eldon (Roy) Bish. She is survived by Gregory Ives, Cooper Wilson, Deanna and Vlad Voytilla, Bryan and Lindsey (Stetson) Voytilla, Lindsey Voytilla, Celeste de la Cruz, Tiah Keever and Merlin Carson, Phoebe Keever, Shani and Alex Cruz-Mansfield and Thomas Ives and numerous friends and extended family.

Private inurnment will be at Willamette National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held for a celebration of her life on August 12 at 2:30 at Parkrose United Methodist Church at 11111 N.E. Knott in Portland, Oregon. Funeral arrangements are provided by Omega Funeral and Cremation Services.

Donations can be made in Bonnie R. Ives name to Snow Cap (division of the Oregon Food Bank) or the American Cancer Society.

Wayne Milton Laing

July 02, 1941 - March 24, 2026

On March 24, 2026 Wayne passed in peace at the age of 84, Wayne Milton Laing was born on July 2, 1941 in Hobbs, New Mexico. He moved from Hobbs, NM to Longview, WA in 1952. His grandfather (on his mother’s side) had a 640 acre ranch in Calder, ID, where he spent several summers there helping bring in the hay to helping patch holes roofing the barn with his brother.

When he was of age, he proudly joined the Navy and loved his time as a Seaman, serving on the flattop, USS Yorktown.

He met his wife Kathy in Portland Oregon. They married, and had their 2 children.

He then tried to sign up for mechanic school but they had no openings so he went to classes for engineer and began working for Boeing where he finished his career as an Inspector. He was quite the engineer building many things for personal use from both metal and wood. In his later years, he enjoyed making mini-mailboxes that he loved to share with his family.

He was very proud of his family. He loved his neighbors, and his church family and friends.

He loved Huckleberry (especially loved sharing the jam) Garage sales, sharing his navy book, telling stories and jokes, funny t-shirts, camping, fishing, Dairy queen runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supporting church charities, going on long drives-especially to Montana.

No one could have a conversation with him without him joking with you somehow. There was always love and laughter when he was around. He will be tremendously missed.

Nancy Warren Rambeau

October 16, 1957 - March 4, 2026

Nancy Warren Rambeau, daughter of Vernon Warren and Lois Haugen, was welcomed into the world October 16th, 1957, and sadly made her departure March 4th, 2026.

Nancy is survived by her parents- Vernon Warren and Lois (Hollingsworth) Haugen; her siblings-Karin Warren (the late Rus) Steele, Marial (Tom) Sims, Marcus Warren, and Marjorie (Curt) Webster. Her baby sister Polly and estranged husband Danny Ray Rambeau preceded her in death. She is also survived by what she felt were her greatest accomplishments and her purest joy; her children, Curtis Rambeau, Rachelle (Matt) Walter, and Raeleen Rambeau, and her grandchildren, Kyndal Woods, Payton Pearson, Bobby Dickson, Brenna Snider, Jonah Walter, Kamryn Walter, and Kiyah Walter. She had also been lucky enough to have three great grandchildren- Koah, Mateo, & Paloma. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews whom she loved as much as she did her very own children.

Nancy was blessed with many exceptional talents. She was creative and saw beauty and value in things most would not. If she came upon an interesting rock, you could bet it found a home in her pocket. She was a natural artist, who gifted us with beautiful, original works of art and looked forward to making custom costumes and decor for the holidays. She spent hours with her grandchildren, showing them the magic of the hidden beauty in things that most would overlook. She was appointed as family cake baker and decorator and loved taking special orders from each child. God equipped her with a gentleness that was felt by wildlife, as was seen by their calmness when she approached them in a way no one else could. Nancy was a loving caretaker and wanted to help and comfort those who needed it. She often said she wished she could take on the pain of those she loved, and she sincerely meant it. She was a natural athlete who could throw a ball from the outfield as well as any of the guys, and she usually got more skips off a flat rock than anyone else.

Nancy was always unique and special, but she truly became one in a million when she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. Though debilitating much of the time, she accepted it with grace and did her best to live her life as normally as possible. She had been in chronic pain for the last several years, but with stubborn determination she fought with the heart of a warrior. That very heart that made room for everyone she met. Her door was always open, and everyone was welcomed unconditionally. She always managed to set an extra plate at the table despite not having an abundance of resources. She didn't travel much, have a new car, or fancy things, but she was rich beyond measure in the love she shared and received. That alone affirms a life well lived. She made a difference and will be missed by many.

In honor of Nancy's memory, we encourage you, going forward, to try and look at the world through her eyes. Offer acceptance and embrace forgiveness. Let the little stuff go. Never miss an opportunity to tell someone how much they mean to you. Have long, meaningful conversations and give unlimited hugs just because. Slow down and see the beauty in things we often take for granted. Pick up that rock, put it in your pocket, and take it home.

June 16, 1989 - February 15, 2026

Michael Papa Nii Addy, born June 16, 1989, of Portland, Oregon, passed away suddenly and tragically on February 15, 2026 at the age of 36. He was deeply loved by his family, friends, and community.

Michael was born in Accra, Ghana, to Regina Naa Akuyea Addy. He spent much of his childhood in Salt Pond, Ghana, attending Salt Pond Primary School before completing his education at Dunkwa boarding high school. In 2009, Michael immigrated to Portland, Oregon, to live with his grandparents, Obo and Susan Addy. He valued education and personal growth, earning a Certificate in Housing Inspection from Mt. Hood Community College and, in 2025, completing a Certificate in Peer Support Specialist from Portland Community College.

Michael was a talented dancer and teacher of African culture who shared his passion with the Portland community. He worked as an instructor of African drumming and dance with Arts Learning for All NW, teaching at various schools throughout the Portland metro area. Most recently, he taught students at Irvington Elementary School and Lewis & Clark College, inspiring students through music, movement, and cultural education.

Michael was also an entrepreneur who started his own fragrance line and sold merchandise. He had a deep passion for helping marginalized communities, which led him to pursue certification as a peer support specialist. Outside of his work, he enjoyed playing soccer and staying physically fit. Above all, Michael was a devoted father to his beloved son, Nicholas Obo Addy, whom he loved with all his heart. Nicholas was his greatest gift to the world. Michael will be remembered as a generous, funny, kind, and intelligent man who left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Michael is survived by his son, Nicholas Obo Addy; his mother, Regina Naa Akuyea Addy; his father Kwesi; his grandmother, Susan Addy of Portland, Oregon; his sisters, Grace Amoo, Hagar Addy, Susan Banson, and Esther Banson of Ghana; his aunts, Brenda Addy and Debbe Hamada Andrews; his uncles, Ob Addy, Bilal Addy, Nii Armah, and Alex Addy; his brother-in-law, Kingsley Offei; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his son, Zacharias; his grandfather Obo Addy; his cousin, Chata Addy; and his aunt, Kordai Addy.

The funeral service for Michael will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Omega Funeral Home in Portland, Oregon, from 2:00-4:00 PM, followed immediately by a Celebration of Life at Tabor Space, 5441 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR 97215, from 5:00-8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to Michael’s GoFundMe or donations made at the celebration of life to help honor his legacy.

The family wishes to sincerely thank the community for their generous donations and for standing with Papa Nii during this difficult time. Your support has meant the world to us.

Andrew Aubrey Greer Jr.

July 11, 1950 - March 4, 2026

Andrew Aubrey Greer Jr. was born July 11, 1950, in Moline, Illinois, to Andrew Aubrey Greer and Esther Marie McKenzie. Andrew, known affectionately as Skip, passed away on March 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving daughters: Gabrielle Marie Meadows, Katherine Jo Greer, Melinda Anne Greer, and Amber Michelle VanHagen.

Andrew served with distinction in the U.S. Army, becoming a Green Beret and achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. On February 11, 1972, during his first year stationed in Germany, he was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and his example inspired many family members to follow.

After his military service, Andrew spent about a decade in Polk County, Florida, where he coached local sports and earned his associate’s degree at the University of South Florida. Later, he made Oregon his home, founding and operating Greer’s Temptrol, Ltd., a heating and air conditioning company. For over 30 years, he served his community with dedication.

Andrew loved spending time outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping, and playing golf. He also enjoyed watching college football and old westerns, particularly the classic television show Gunsmoke. He was a self-taught guitarist who loved playing music and dancing, raising chickens, and tending his garden. He had a true green thumb and took great pride in growing his own vegetables.

He is survived by five daughters, eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and was the oldest of his siblings: Merlene, Penny, Lynda, Carlette, and Mike. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Aubrey Greer and Esther Marie McKenzie.

A memorial service will be held at Willamette National Cemetery on April 22 at 2 p.m., Earth Day. Andrew’s legacy of service, strong work ethic, love of the outdoors, and passion for gardening, college football, dancing & music will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Kay Tousley

Arrived December 28th, 1932, and departed January 07, 2026

Kay was a Loving and supportive Daughter, Sister and Aunt over her ninety-three years. She resided in the Greater Portland Area for the vast majority of her life. Kay lived a life of service, faith and charity. It was not enough to just “talk about making things better”; as Kay went out of her way to take action and improve the lives of many. She offered room and board to several that were in need, as that was her altruistic nature.

She was, for many decades, an active member in her church-- Westminster Presbyterian of NE Portland. Kay served as a Deacon and assisted in many transitions, and causes. She was a participant overseeing the selection of a new Pastor many years ago.

After finishing her four years at Reed College in Portland, she went to work for Multnomah County as a Social Worker specializing in Child Welfare. She retired in 1995 and began her globe-trotting. Kay continued her support of Reed College as an Alumni.

Perhaps more than anything, Kay enjoyed travel as she visited all of the continents (exception: Antarctica) and over 100 countries in her lifetime. She had been to China three times and even provided room and board for a Chinese Exchange Student.

It would be impossible to list all of the charitable causes that Kay contributed to, although some of her favorites were Amnesty International, Southern Poverty Law Center and Save the Children. Over her lifetime, Kay donated a considerable sum as she felt so strongly for those suffering.

Kay was preceded in death by her Father Robert Tousley, Mother Evelyn Tousley, Brother Gordon Tousley, Sister Jean Chew, and Nephews David and Geoffrey Chew. She is survived by Sister Kim Phillips, Nephews Robert, Alan and Donald Tousley, Niece Eileen Ferber and Grand Nephews David and Aaron Ferber and Grand Niece Claire Tousley. In addition, she has Great- Grand Nephew Zach, and Great- Grand Niece Zoey.

Kay had a beautiful smile that will be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church at 1624 NE Hancock St., Portland, OR 97212 on March 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
