Pat, aka Peridot, was a delightful and loving presence in my life for 10 years. Meeting Pat for the first time on Zaadz was an awesome experience, as it was a spiritual community where we all shared our love for creativity, art and spirituality. Moving to Wa in 2007, Patty came to visit me in SeaTac WA and also met my daughter Kate, who is a therapist as well. They would come to have many commonalities in profession and were also friends. Pat was part of a contingent who met in Florence OR one weekend that next year of the "Zaadz" or later known as "Gaia" community. To say we meshed in that weekend would be an understatement. It was magical. Kate and I also visited Pat in Portland one weekend and went shopping, out to eat and enjoyed laughing at Powells Books. Pat made everyone she met feel like they knew her forever! I have missed Pat over the past few years as time and work schedules prevented us from any more contact, and sadly, I was out of contact with her. I still hold a special piece of my heart for her love and kindness and all the memories we shared together. You are so right Patty, travel and retire! Or at least find the time to maintain connections with others. I miss you already dear sister. Love in abundance, Aley
