Hey Mom... Sure do miss you, even now the tears fall, that haven't fallen, but I like that I can sit and write to you. You were such a pain the ass 🙂 as I am sure you would accept such a compliment with honor. Nothing ever seemed easy for you and often with you... but when things were good, you were the best. A wonderful spirit of mischief, guts, strength, love, creativity and whimsy. You loved and appreciated so many things in this world. Truly a wild child stuck in a society of social norms and expectations which didn't know how to let you just be you. You are deeply loved and appreciated for all that you brought and gave and tended to in this life. My life would not be the same without you nor would Lily's. That goes for many, but I can only speak for myself. Regardless of our ups and downs.. you were just you.. and I love that you never gave that away, even when it made your life harder. Grit sister! Grit! I don't think it matters at all that people know what you did in this life.. you know.. I know and as long as I am alive, you will be alive.. as long as Lily is alive... you will alive... through us. I am going to sign off for today... but I think I will be back and we will have more time together. I love you and miss you. Wish you could be here... Snoopy is here waiting too 🙂
