CREMATION SERVICE PACKAGES

The following packages include the services, merchandise and cash advance items most often selected by the families we serve. These service packages represent a savings over selecting each item from our General Price List. Additional services of staff, use of our facilities, merchandise and cash advance items may be added. No deductions or substitutions are allowed. A General Price List is available upon request.

A. CEREMONY WITH THE REMAINS PRESENT IN OUR SERVICE ROOM, WITH CREMATION OF THE REMAINS TO FOLLOW.

Includes all the services of our staff, facilities and equipment for a ceremony in our service room, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), embalming and dressing of the remains, use of viewing facilities for 1 day or portion thereof (during normal business hours), 100 service folders**, a memorial register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, 15-photo video, Oregon State filing fee, 1 certified copy of the death certificate and the cremation process. Reception not included.

B. CEREMONY WITH THE REMAINS PRESENT AT ANOTHER LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE.

Includes all the items and services in Package A and the transportation of the casketed remains to the church or place of your choice (within a 25 mile radius).

C. PUBLIC VIEWING/VISITATION PERIOD FOR 1 DAY (OR PORTION THEREOF) WITH CREMATION OF THE REMAINS TO FOLLOW.

Includes all the services of our staff , facilities and equipment for a public viewing/visitation, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), embalming and dressing of the remains, use of viewing facilities for 1 day or portion thereof (during normal business hours), Oregon State filing fee, 1 certified copy of the death certificate and the cremation process.

D. PRIVATE VIEWING/VISITATION PERIOD FOR UP TO 3 HOURS (DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS) WITH CREMATION OF THE REMAINS TO FOLLOW.

Includes all services of our staff, facilities and equipment for a private viewing visitation, initial transportation of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius),minimal sanitary care and dressing or shrouding of the remains, use of viewing facilities for up to 3 hours, Oregon State filing fee, 1 certified copy of the death certificate and the cremation process.

E. BASIC CREMATION (WITHOUT VIEWING/VISITATION BY ANYONE) AND A MEMORIAL CEREMONY IN OUR SERVICE ROOM OR PLACE OF FAMILY’S CHOICE.

Includes all services of our staff, facilities and/or equipment for a memorial ceremony in our service room or a place of the family’s choice, initial transportation of the of the deceased (within a 25 mile radius), 100 service folders**, memorial register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, Oregon State filing fee, 1 certified copy of the death certificate and the cremation process.

F. BASIC CREMATION (WITHOUT VIEWING/VISITATION BY ANYONE) AND A GRAVESIDE CEREMONY WITH THE URN PRESENT.

Includes all the items in Package E, discounted for a graveside ceremony with the urn present.

These packages do not include the following:

Additional certified copies of the death certificate, honorariums, flowers, reception, autopsy restoration, medical examiner fees, cemetery charges (grave or niche, opening & closing of grave or niche and an outside burial container), cremation of deceased persons over 300 lbs. or items that the family may request or may be necessary (we will advise you of any requirements).

* For deaths occurring in Clark County, Washington, please add $25.00.
